Management Navigation System (OKR Variant)

Beschreibung

Every person with responsibility needs a navigation system. That reliably shows him where he stands right now - in relation to "where he comes from" and "where he has to go". We install a simple and agile MNS that is structured like a dashboard. We clearly distinguish between "mission fulfillment" and "vision fulfillment" in the structure - in order to solve the constant resource conflict between day-to-day business and future development.
